Eligibility
We welcome all customers to shop with PROVKD Apparel, with no restrictions on who can place an order.

Order Modifications
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.

Returns and Refunds

  • Returns: We accept returns for non-customized products and incorrect items sent. Provkd Apparel will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Refunds: Refunds are available for damaged or incorrect items upon review. Contact us first to discuss the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer a return, refund, or store credit.

Intellectual Property
All designs are proprietary to PROVKD Apparel and are branded as “PROVKD" or "PROVKD Apparel" Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

User Accounts
You do not need to create an account to make a purchase. All purchases can be completed as a guest.

Limitation of Liability

  • Product Defects: We will make every effort to resolve issues related to product defects.
  • Website Errors: We take responsibility for errors on our website and will address them promptly.
  • Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other external factors.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited:

  • Resale of PROVKD Apparel products without authorization.
  • Misuse of our website, including fraudulent transactions or attempts to bypass site security.

Privacy Policy
This Terms of Service does not include a privacy policy. For questions about how your data is handled, please contact us directly.

Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute or issue with your order, please contact us directly to resolve it internally. If necessary, unresolved disputes may proceed to mediation.

Custom Apparel & Copyright Terms
Customization Options

PROVKD Apparel offers custom apparel with the following options:

Number Plates: Printed on the back in Arial font. White font is used unless the apparel is white, in which case black font is applied. Customers must provide exact details as they wish them to appear. States will appear vertically on the left-hand side of the plate (“Slimline” style).


Instagram Handles: Added to sleeves upon request in Arial font, all caps. White font unless the apparel is white, in which case black font is applied.
Fully Customized Car Designs: Designed according to customer specifications.


Copyright & Ownership
All designs created by PROVKD Apparel remain the sole property and copyright of PROVKD Apparel unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. Payment for a custom design does not transfer copyright ownership.


Promotional & Marketing Use
PROVKD Apparel may use images or representations of all custom designs for promotional, marketing, portfolio, or social media purposes without additional consent or payment, unless the design is explicitly purchased solely for print purposes.


Print-Only Purchases
For designs purchased solely for print, the purchaser may reproduce the design for personal or business use. PROVKD Apparel may use the design for promotional content only. Any other reproduction or modification by PROVKD Apparel requires written consent.


File Delivery & Archiving
Final design files will be delivered to the purchaser. PROVKD Apparel retains copies for archival, quality control, and promotional use. Retention does not transfer ownership or usage rights beyond the terms specified.


Modifications & Consent
PROVKD Apparel may not modify any design without written consent from the purchaser, except for use in general promotional, marketing, or portfolio content.


Purchaser Usage Requests
Purchasers may submit a written request for permission to reproduce or use their design beyond the purchase. PROVKD Apparel may grant or deny such requests at its discretion.


No Returns or Exchanges
Custom apparel is not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges unless a production fault occurs.


Order Changes & Cancellations
Once a custom apparel order is placed, no changes or cancellations can be made.


Design Confirmation
Designs will not be sent for customer approval by default. Customers who wish to confirm their design before production must contact PROVKD Apparel directly after placing their order.


Pricing & Payment
Custom apparel prices listed on the website are fixed.
Customizations not advertised are priced based on complexity and size.
Full payment is required upfront before work begins.
