- Incorrect Items: If we send the wrong item, please notify us promptly.
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Custom apparel (e.g., number plates, sleeve prints, or fully customized designs).
- Change-of-mind returns.

- A refund to your original payment method.
- A replacement item.
- Store credit for future use.
Returns for Refunds
- For incorrect or defective items, PROVKD Apparel will cover the cost of return postage.
- Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags, if applicable).
Timeframe for Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. The time for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Custom Apparel
Please note that all sales of custom apparel are final. These items are made to order based on your specifications and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges unless a manufacturing defect is identified.
