Shipping Locations
We offer shipping to both domestic and international destinations. Whether you’re based in Australia or abroad, we’ll ensure your order reaches you efficiently and securely.

Shipping Fees
Shipping is charged at $12.95 for orders $0–$34.99 and $9.95 for orders $35 and over.

Processing Times
All our products are made to order, which helps us deliver the highest quality to our customers.

  • Custom Print Orders (e.g., designs with number plates or sleeve prints): Processing can take up to 15 working days.
  • Standard Orders: Processing takes up to 10 working days.

Delivery Times
Once your order is dispatched, delivery times are as follows:

  • Western Australia (WA): 2–3 working days.
  • Other Australian States: 5–10 working days.
  • International Orders: Delivery may take up to 4 weeks, depending on the destination and customs processing times.

Order Tracking
We provide tracking for all orders. Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details, allowing you to monitor your shipment until it arrives.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
We’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction:

  • Lost or Delayed Packages: If your order doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us at info@provkdapparel.com We’ll promptly investigate and reissue your order if necessary.
  • Damaged Packages: In the unlikely event of damage during shipping, please provide photographic evidence and a brief description of the issue. We will review the information and determine the best resolution.

Returns and Exchanges

Custom Orders
Custom orders, such as tees with personalized designs or added details, take up to 15 working days to complete before being shipped. Please allow additional time for delivery when ordering custom items.
